Welcome to The Homes Group Ltd

The Homes Group is made up of 3 like-minded estate agents who all worked for the same company for years but never actually worked together.

After spending more than 20 years each in the estate agency industry, Joe Purton and Brian Pitzey decided to join forces to set up their own company where customer needs and focus are key rather than target driven sales.

 It took 5 years in the making and the company was finally set up in 2020.  Maria Francis joined them as an associate and The Home Group was formed.

 The company logo colours are considered a blend of all 3 of them which is essential as their USP is their combined customer service and unity.

 After a couple of years of working from home where they found that phone calls, meetings by zoom and texting did not always give them the bond they needed to exchange ideas and move the business forward, they decided to move to an office at The Nucleus for it’s “great feel” and excellent business community.
